Operation Woody is Underway!
Many of you know Chris “Woody” Woodruff, a passionate supporter of the developer community throughout the Heartland District. Woody’s positive influence has impacted many folks throughout the region.
Unfortunately, Woody’s wife Tracy has been diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. She’s getting tremendous care, and the family is as upbeat as possible considering the situation.
That said, we in the community have a tremendous opportunity to help Woody and his family out. We’re working with Main Dish in Woody’s home town to help supply Woody and his family with meals during this hectic, stressful time.
To fund this effort, we’re soliciting help from you. You can easily contribute to Operation Woody via PayPal – and you don’t need a PayPal account to do it!
You can click the Donate button above or you can point your browser to http://www.paypal.com and from the top menu select Personal | Send Money. In the resulting form enter “OperationWoody@DeepFriedBytes.com” for the “To” address. Select “Services/Other” for the Send Money For option. Continue through the wizard to help Woody and his family out.
How much should you give? That’s up to you. Give according to your desire to help, but keep in mind that this may be a long process for the family, and some future help may be needed.
