By partnering with another company called Digital Paths, SlashDot.Org will be delivering its content to wireless and mobile subscribers. Slashdot is hailed as the number one site for technical gurus. Currently the site receives over 2 million unique visitors in a month. After digging around DigitalPaths.Com web site I noticed the only option to get the Slashdot material was through downloading a palm os based PDQ. Also on there site I noticed one could also order flowers through another download of a PDQ.
Before you run out and start downloading be sure to read the fine print: “It will run on any Palm VII, Palm V with Omnisky or any Palm upgraded with Palm’s Mobile Internet Kit.” Owning a Visor Handspring this kinda leaves me out of the loop.
