A lesson to be learned

It seems that when you need something the most it always lets you down. Being on vacation for the past week made me realize just how much my computer life revolved around having my server up and running. A word to the wise it LEAVE A KEY WITH SOMEBODY! I apologize to everyone for not be up for the last few days but I couldn’t drive 1,000 miles just to reboot my server. Since no one is paying anything to be on this server, what can I say but you get what you pay for!

ZorKa makes National TV!

tech tv quote of zorkaToday Zorka got on TechTv (channel 67 in Ann Arbor). I wasn’t actually pictured but my quote made it on. I only got the very first part of it because I couldn’t get to the avi quick enough in xawtv. Here is the snap shot of my TechTV debute. I only got my last name on the left side, and then the start of my quote, but at least that is proof.

Today I was locked in my house due to having a slight case of the flu. During the times I wasn’t sleeping and drinking Nyquil by the gallons I actually got my Visor USB device to syncronize with Linux. Follow my easy setup tips and join in on the fun.
